First Atlantic Commerce offices are currently closed due to the impact of Hurricane Gonzalo

Office are closed and will remain closed on Friday, October 17th.  We do not anticipate any impact to payment processing systems or settlement, and we expect to continue to operate as normal.

Our 24 x 7 Emergency Technical Support (225) 765-4632 will remain open to our production merchants. Clients should use their regular Emergency Support contact numbers in case of a technical emergency.  If you have misplaced your copy of the procedures for our Emergency Technical Support, please contact support@fac.bm, and a copy will be sent to you.
