A message from FAC’s CEO

To our valued merchants, banks and partners,

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to expand and disrupt organizations’ daily operations across the globe, we wanted to assure you that First Atlantic Commerce is committed to supporting our customers, partners and staff.

We are following the World Health Organization (WHO) and Bermuda Government’s recommendations regarding the spread and prevention of the virus.

While we are committed to business as usual, we are modifying the way we do it, which means that our employees are working remotely. We have always embraced a remote workforce and an infrastructure that enables our employees to work securely and effectively so this is not unusual and should not affect the quality of our work, nor our response times.  However, given that we will not have any employees in the office, we ask you to please email for continued support and/or to setup a call.

We would like to reassure you that we do not anticipate any impact to transaction processing. We have a comprehensive business continuity plan in place that has been reviewed with respect to COVID-19.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me should you have any questions.  We are here to support you and will maintain open communications as the situation evolves.

We encourage you to stay safe and practice social distancing.

Sincerely,

Chris Burns

CEO
